The Database Watchdog Difference
1) I Explain to Clients How Online Marketing Works
Prospects may be somewhat fearful of online marketing because they don’t really understand how it works. While it is easy enough for prospects to understand how phone book, television, and radio ads work, it isn’t clear to everyone how client generation works with online marketing.
It is the job of the online marketer to educate the prospect as to how the process of online marketing works so that prospect can understand the true value the online marketing services being provided.
Through personal contact and through online videos, I provide just the right amount of education to the client so that they understand the processes that are taking place to drive more clients to their business.

2) I provide monthly progress reports to my clients
While it is great to see your business get more clients, I actually quantify these results with monthly reports. This helps clients to actually see the progress that the marketing campaigns are making.
The Database Watchdog Difference - Monthly Reports
Monthly Reports - Allow an opportunity for clients to actually gauge the progress that is being made over time with all Internet Marketing Efforts.
With these reports, clients get a better feel for the actual value that they’re getting for their marketing dollars.

3) I Don’t Make Outlandish Claims. I Learn My Client’s Goals and Craft an Online Marketing Plan Around those Goals.
Many online marketers will make seemingly impressive, but ridiculous claims or promises like:
"I’ll get your site to the top of the search engine rankings!"
Anyone can rank at the top of the search engine results page for worthless terms. An online marketer needs to get to know their client – as well as the competition before assessing what is and what isn’t possible with regards to search engine rankings.
The bottom line is that you have to get to know a client - learn their organizational goals and craft an online marketing plan around those goals.
The Database Watchdog Difference - Realistic Goals
Realistic Goals - With each client that I work with, I learn as much about their business as I can – and how online marketing activities can generate more revenue for their business. Only that way can realistic goals and expectations be set.
I will not work with a prospective client if I don’t believe there is a strong chance of success

4) I'm in Denver Metro and Make Myself Available to Clients
As part of the monthly reporting process, I meet with my clients on a monthly basis – when it fits with their schedule. While I’m obviously a big fan of the communication and marketing perspectives of the Internet, nothing beats the ability to meet with clients face to face. As you move from personal interaction to the phone to email – messages sometimes get lost.
By making myself available to clients monthly in a face to face basis, I can ensure that their marketing needs are best met.
The Database Watchdog Difference - Monthly Meetings
Personal Interaction - In addition to being responsive to phone and email requests, I offer my clients the opportunity to meet with them each month. This time can be used to go over the monthly reports, to plan for the future, and to answer any questions that my clients may have.
